For more than 13 years, I've coached communicators and leaders around the world.
Eleven of those years, I served as a pastor at Elevation Church under Pastor Steven Furtick — preaching on the main stage and broadcasting to 19 locations. The road has taken me to ministry in Colombia, Brazil, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Australia, and across the United States.
Today I serve as a pastor at one of the largest churches born out of Brazil — a global movement now reaching the world. While the church's heartbeat began in Brazil, mine still beats from home base in Orlando, where I travel out of and back to.
And off the stage, that home in Orlando is where my whole heart lives — with my wife Maddie and our two little girls, Jovie Catherine and Jane Allen. They are my favorite audience, my best yes, and the reason every coming-home feels like the loudest applause I'll ever hear.
