Fly into Orlando International (MCO).

Arriving: Land no later than 12:30pm on Monday, January 11. We're about 45 minutes west of the airport, and MCO can take an hour on its own between the tram and the rental counter. Budget two hours from wheels down to sitting in the room. Nothing starts before 3pm, but don't cut it close.

Leaving: Fly home Wednesday, January 13. General seats can fly anytime. VIP seats: breakfast wraps by 10:30am, so book a flight at 1pm or later. You still have the drive, the rental return and security.

Rent a car. Orlando runs on them, and you'll want one. Flights, the car, and gas or parking are on you.

• Two nights at the hotel, Monday and Tuesday. We book the rooms; you don't do anything.
• Hotel breakfast both mornings
• Monday dinner, all of us together
• All three teaching sessions
• Your swag bag
• Your spouse: room and a seat at the table, no extra charge. Bring them if you want to. Plenty of people come on their own.

What's not covered: your flight, your rental car, and meals on your own time.

• Hotel details: name, address and confirmation, sent well ahead of January. You don't need to book anything.
• A detailed run of show, a few weeks out.
• A few questions. Closer to the date, I'll ask what you're wrestling with in your communication. Answer honestly. A room of fifteen means we can actually build around what's in it.
