Everybody says it was great. Nobody tells you the truth.
Fifteen communicators. Three teaching sessions. Two days on every moment you communicate — on stage, off stage, and everywhere in between — with Dustin Stradley and Stephen "Swebb" Webb.
You've spoken a hundred times. Nobody has ever put your communication on the table and shown you — line by line — what to keep, what to cut, and what to change.
You're good. Good enough that people clap, nod, and tell you it was great. That's the trap. Compliments feel like progress — and they have quietly kept you on the same plateau for years.
Nobody in your world is qualified — or willing — to tell you the truth about your delivery. So you never actually fix it. You just keep doing it.
You know there's another level. You just can't see the specific habits standing between you and the communicator you're supposed to be. You can't fix what nobody will name.
Eternity is on the line every time you open your mouth. That is not a moment to leave to guesswork, good intentions, and whatever you happened to figure out on your own.
I know the plateau, because I lived on it. Eleven years at Elevation Church under Steven Furtick, preaching to nineteen locations. Thirteen years coaching communicators since. Pulpits in Colombia, Brazil, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, and Australia.
All of it circling one question: what actually makes a message land? I built Message Masters to hand you the honest, specific coaching almost nobody ever gets.
Stephen "Swebb" Webb is a leadership strategist, church builder, and trusted counselor to pastors and leaders around the world. A veteran of more than two decades of ministry and organizational leadership, he spent nearly a decade helping lead the expansion of Elevation Church before devoting his work to strengthening churches, developing leaders, and prosecuting the weak paradigms that keep both from reaching their potential.
Through consulting, coaching, speaking, and writing, Swebb brings an uncommon combination of battle-tested experience, strategic clarity, and irreverent candor to leaders responsible for building things that matter. He is, depending upon the occasion, a diagnostician of organizational dysfunction, an architect of leadership capacity, a relentless advocate for the local church, and a generally inconvenient enemy of excuses.
He is also the man who has sharpened me for thirteen years. We've traveled the globe together. He has never once told me what I wanted to hear — which is the entire point of him. His own Orlando intensive sold out. He's flying in for the Preaching Track.
"Dustin doesn't waste words — or let you waste yours either. He trims the fat, kills the clichés, and builds communicators who actually move people. Dustin will make you dangerous — in all the right ways."
"Dustin has helped me grow tremendously as a preacher. He's helped me dig into God's Word — finding insights that first minister to me, then empowering me to share them with authority, clarity, and conviction. Dustin is like a personal trainer for communicators."
"When Dustin said 'People don't connect with perfect. They connect with present.' — I've spent too much time trying to be perfect that I haven't always been fully present in the room. That shifted everything for me."
Claim your seat. Fly to Orlando. Walk out a different communicator.
We cover the hotel and the meals we share together. Your spouse comes free. You book a flight and show up ready to work.
This is not just your sermon. It's every moment you communicate — taught live, in a room small enough to actually ask questions.
Build the sermon that lands. The 7 Keys for Preachers, structure, imagery, and the shift that changes people — not just informs them.
Who you are when the lights are off. Presence, leadership, and the everyday communication that earns you the stage in the first place.
Hosting, welcome, salvation, the close. How to hold a room, land the ask, and move people toward action — the craft of the platform.
Because sixteen is a conference. At fifteen it is a room — small enough that you are known by name, that your questions actually get answered, and that what you are wrestling with gets addressed instead of glossed over. There is nowhere to sit in the back. That is the entire product, and it is why this cannot scale.
When the fifteen are gone, they're gone.
Arrive Monday. Two nights at the hotel, on us. Fly home Wednesday morning.
A detailed schedule goes out to everyone a few weeks ahead of the event.
Every seat gets all three sessions, two nights' lodging, our meals together, and your spouse at no extra charge. Your only other cost is the flight.
Registration is non-refundable but transferable to another Message Masters experience. Pricing is the same whether or not both hotel nights are used. Spouses are included in your registration; attendees who aren't married register individually. Flights and ground transportation are not included — plan on a rental car, Orlando runs on them.
Show up, do the work, stay through the final session. If you walk out of that room and don't believe you're a measurably better communicator than when you walked in, tell me before you fly home and I'll refund your registration in full. You keep the coaching, the notes, and the network. The risk is mine.
Monday is day one. If you're on the Preaching Track, you start in the morning with your game film and the preaching deep-dive. Everyone else checks in before lunch. Session 1 and Session 2 run that afternoon, and we all have dinner together that evening. Tuesday is day two — breakfast at the hotel, Session 3, and we wrap by lunch. Your second night at the hotel is covered, so the afternoon and evening are yours and you fly home Wednesday morning.
Fly into Orlando International (MCO). Book to arrive Monday morning, January 11 and depart Wednesday morning, January 13. Your hotel is covered for Monday and Tuesday nights — we book the rooms ourselves and send you the details well ahead of January. Plan on a rental car; Orlando runs on them. Flights and ground transportation are on you.
This is built for people who carry the room — main-stage communicators, preachers, hosts, and leaders who speak regularly and are responsible for how it lands. Preaching is one of three sessions; the other two are off-stage communication and stage communication. If you communicate for a living and you're serious about getting dramatically better, you belong here.
Included: two nights' lodging (Monday and Tuesday), the meals we share together, all three sessions, a small-room coaching environment, a swag bag, and your spouse at no extra charge. Your hotel includes breakfast. Not included: your flight, ground transportation, and meals on your own time.
Your spouse is included in your registration — same room, same table, no extra charge. Bring them. Attendees who aren't married register individually, one seat each.
Come for what you can, but pricing is the same either way. The room is built as one continuous experience and the coaching compounds — Tuesday only works because of what happened Monday.
Reach out before you register. If you're local and won't use the hotel, we'll work out a rate that reflects that.
Registration is non-refundable, but it's fully transferable — to another person or to a future Message Masters experience. We book hotel rooms and hold a seat in a fifteen-person room, so we can't resell late cancellations. The Level-Up Guarantee still applies if you attend and it doesn't deliver.
The sessions aren't recorded or released. The value of a fifteen-person room is that people say the honest thing — about their work and yours, and cameras change that. (Preaching Track game film is different: that's your own message, broken down privately for you.)
Fifteen seats. January 11–12, 2027. Orlando. The best communication coaching you'll ever get — and two nights out of the cold while you get it.
P.S. — You already know whether you need this. You knew by the second paragraph. The only question left is whether you'll be one of the fifteen, or whether you'll read this again next December — still guessing, still getting compliments, still exactly where you are today.
