A three-day coaching intensive for communicators who are done guessing whether their message actually landed — on stage, off stage, and every moment in between.
You've spoken a hundred times. But no one has ever put your communication on the table and shown you — line by line — what to keep, what to cut, and what to change.
You're good — good enough that people clap, nod, and tell you it was great. And that's exactly the trap. Compliments feel like progress, but they've quietly kept you on the same plateau for years.
Nobody in your world is qualified — or willing — to tell you the truth about your delivery. So you never actually fix it.
You know there's another level. You just can't see the specific habits standing between you and the communicator you're meant to be.
Eternity is on the line every time you open your mouth. That's not a moment to leave to guesswork and good intentions.
I know the plateau, because I lived on it. I spent eleven years at Elevation Church under Steven Furtick, preaching to nineteen locations, and thirteen years since coaching communicators toward the one question that changes everything: what actually makes a message land?
The road has carried me to pulpits in Colombia, Brazil, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, and Australia. I built Message Masters to give you the honest, specific coaching almost no one ever gets — the kind that turns a good communicator into an unforgettable one.
Most people will hand you a model. Swebb makes you the model.
For more than two decades he has coached church leaders on five continents. He's the mind behind the multisite structure at Elevation Church — the same house I preached in for eleven years. He identifies leaders nobody else spots, develops them, and builds the teams that build the Church. And he does it without formulas, because he trains the one thing almost everyone outsources: how you think.
I've known him thirteen years. We've traveled the globe together. He has seen me on my best night on a stage and my worst morning in an airport, and not one time has he told me what I wanted to hear. That is the entire point of him. He sees what no one sees and says what no one says.
His own Orlando intensive, Swell, sold out completely. This room is built in the shape of that one — and he's flying in for the Preaching Track.
"Dustin doesn't waste words — or let you waste yours either. He trims the fat, kills the clichés, and builds communicators who actually move people. He takes leaders from rambling with a mic to delivering messages that actually land. Dustin will make you dangerous — in all the right ways."
"Dustin has helped me grow tremendously as a preacher. He's helped me dig into God's Word — finding insights that first minister to me, then empowering me to share them with authority, clarity, and conviction. Dustin is like a personal trainer for communicators."
"When Dustin said 'People don't connect with perfect. They connect with present.' — I've spent too much time trying to be perfect that I haven't always been fully present in the room. That shifted everything for me."
Three steps. Two nights. One room that will change how you communicate for the rest of your life.
Reserve one of just 15 spots before they're gone. You're in.
January 11–13, 2027. We cover your hotel and every meal — you just show up ready to work.
Leave with your delivery coached, a game plan you'll actually run, and a network of communicators who sharpen you for years.
This isn't just about your sermon. It's every moment you communicate — taught live, then worked out on your feet in the coaching room.
Build the sermon that lands. The 7 Keys for Preachers, structure, imagery, and the shift that changes people — not just informs them.
Who you are when the lights are off. Presence, leadership, and the everyday communication that earns you the stage in the first place.
Hosting, welcome, salvation, and the close. How to hold a room, land the ask, and move people toward action — the craft of the platform.
Arrive Monday, home by Wednesday afternoon — with real space to breathe between sessions.
Once they're gone, they're gone. Lodging and every meal are included — your only other cost is the flight in.
Every seat gets all three sessions. The Preaching Track adds a Monday deep-dive on your own sermon — hands-on, with Dustin and Swebb in the room.
Two nights' lodging and every meal are included, and your spouse comes at no extra cost. Hotel details are sent ahead of the event — just book your flight. Plan on a rental car; Orlando runs on them.
Show up, do the work, stay through the final session. If you walk out of that room and don't believe you're a measurably better communicator than when you walked in, tell me before you fly home and I'll refund your registration in full. You keep the coaching, the notes, and the network.
No — and this is the most common misread. Preaching is one of three sessions. The other two are about off-stage communication and stage communication: hosting, welcomes, transitions, the close, the ask. If you communicate for a living — from the pulpit, the platform, the boardroom, or the green room — this room is built for you. The Preaching Track is the add-on for those who want the sermon work specifically.
Included: two nights' lodging, every meal (including both group dinners), all three teaching sessions, and your own game-film coaching hot seat. Not included: your flight and ground transportation. Plan on a rental car — Orlando runs on them.
Fly into Orlando International (MCO). Book to arrive Monday, January 11 — by 3:00pm if you're on the Preaching Track, and in time for the 7:00pm welcome dinner if you're on a General seat. We wrap at noon on Wednesday, January 13, so an afternoon flight home works comfortably.
Your hotel is covered. We book every room ourselves, so there's nothing for you to arrange and nothing extra to pay. The hotel name, address, and check-in details go out to you well ahead of January — just book your flight and leave the rest to us.
No. Nothing to send in, nothing to prep. The coaching happens live in the room — we work on your communication with you, in real time. Just get yourself to Orlando and show up ready to be coached.
Registration is non-refundable, but it's fully transferable — to another person or to a future Message Masters experience. Because we book hotel rooms and hold a seat in a fifteen-person room, we can't resell late cancellations. Separately, the Level-Up Guarantee still applies if you attend and it doesn't deliver.
Your spouse is included in your registration — same room, same table, no extra charge. Bring them. Attendees who aren't married register individually, one seat each.
Reach out before you register. If you're local and won't use the hotel, we'll work out a rate that reflects that.
No. The value of a fifteen-person room is that people say the honest thing — about their work and yours. Cameras change that. You'll leave with notes, a personal game plan, and the people; you won't leave with a video library.
Fifteen seats. January 11–13, 2027. Orlando. The best communication coaching you'll ever get — and two nights to escape the cold while you get it.
