Host Masters™ Presents

Host Masters Live

Wednesday, November 41–3pm ETLive on Zoom · No Replay

Rambling welcomes. Dead air. Announcements nobody hears. A response moment met with silence. In two hours, Dustin Stradley shows you and your team how to own every moment around the message, so your pastor never has to rescue the room again.

The Real Problem

Your Service Isn't Losing People During the Sermon.
It's Losing Them Before It.

Your team spends all week on the message and thirty seconds on everything around it. And every Sunday, the room pays for it.

01

The welcome nobody hears.

Guests decide in the first few minutes whether to lean in or check out. Most welcomes give them a reason to check out.

02

Two minutes turns into six.

The host rambles. The band waits. The room drifts. The momentum the worship built is gone before anyone opens a Bible.

03

Your pastor has to rescue the room.

By the time the message starts, the energy is gone, and the first ten minutes of the sermon go to winning people back.

04

The response moment falls flat.

The most important moment of the service gets the least preparation. People were ready. Nobody led them clearly.

05

Volunteers get thrown on stage.

You hand someone a mic, a run sheet, and a prayer. Then wonder why it sounds unsure, every single week.

06

Everybody says "good job."

Nobody tells your hosts the truth. So the same habits show up Sunday after Sunday, and nothing changes.

Every weekend this goes untrained, people who were ready to respond walk out the same way they walked in.

What We'll Cover

Every Moment Around the Message.

Two hours on the moments nobody trains for, built for the person holding the mic and the team behind them.

Words From Leaders

What Communicators Are Saying.

★★★★★

"When Dustin said 'People don't connect with perfect. They connect with present.' — I've spent too much time trying to be perfect that I haven't always been fully present in the room. That shifted everything for me."

Jason C.Host Masters Live
★★★★★

"So valuable, so practical, and so good overall. One of my girls instantly felt more confident going forward. This gave our team more direction and clarity."

Gianina S.Host Masters Live
★★★★★

"This helped expose gaps in our service flow and communication that we've been feeling for a while. Our team needed this."

Holly W.Host Masters Live
★★★★★

"Dustin doesn't waste words — or let you waste yours either. He trims the fat, kills the clichés, and builds communicators who actually move people. He takes leaders from rambling with a mic to delivering messages that actually land. Dustin will make you dangerous — in all the right ways."

Stephen WebbExecutive Coach
★★★★★

"Dustin has helped me grow tremendously as a preacher. He's helped me dig into God's Word — finding insights that first minister to me, then empowering me to share them with authority, clarity, and conviction. Dustin is like a personal trainer for communicators. He creates the kind of tension that leads to growth — and ultimately serves people well."

Your Coach

Dustin Stradley

For more than 13 years, I've coached communicators and shaped leaders around the world. Eleven of those years were at Elevation Church under Pastor Steven Furtick, where I preached on the main stage to 19 locations, built campuses, developed leaders, and coached stage communicators along the way.

Today I help pastor the main U.S. campus of a global church with more than 700 locations, based in Orlando. Hosting isn't filler between the "real" moments. It's one of them.
